Event
When we look at the consumer market, we notice different movements that intersect and complement each other, driven by a more agile retail, consumers who are more critical in relation to their choices, a market that, if it wasn't enough to have experienced a global pandemic, has been going through a challenging macroeconomic period, values and purposes as new indicators of brand value, and finally, technology exponentially expanding all possibilities in innovation, interaction, strategy and business model.
If these facts did not already indicate opportunities and challenges that consumer companies face, the fact that the era of access decentralizes the market and distributes its strength and its voice, reinforces the need to redefine the brands' strategy, as well as the need to constant innovation. And packaging is part of this movement!
It is in this context that the 20th edition of the ABRE Congress on Packaging and Consumption, promoted by ABRE - Brazilian Packaging Association, takes place on May 24 and 25, 2023, in São Paulo.
Based on the theme "Re-signifying the paths to sustainability, competitiveness and innovation in the consumption chain", the ABRE Congress will bring together key interlocutors from the national and international scenarios to discuss and share their knowledge about the paths to competitiveness in the consumption chain and how packaging can be thought of strategically in this context.
As always, the ABRE Congress will offer participants a rich experience in relationships and networking; access to lectures, speakers and exclusive debates, empowering each executive and professional in the sector to direct their businesses to be part of this new era of the liquid, dynamic and plural consumption market.
Check out some highlights that will provide a better experience in the two days of the ABRE Congress:

ABRE – Brazilian Packaging Association, founded in 1967, was born to be a reference and the connection between different links that make up the Brazilian packaging ecosystem. Just like the packaging, the Association has evolved over these 55 years and has followed the wishes and needs of consumers. On our work agenda are themes such as circular economy, sustainability, innovation, new business models, technology, digitization, education, among others. Through various actions, we present to our associates and the packaging and consumer goods chain the main economic, social and cultural movements promoting the dissemination of knowledge and the importance of packaging in modern society. Among our pillars are Transparency, Sustainability and Protagonism. This is how we open the doors to innovation and evolution in the Brazilian packaging ecosystem: encouraging our companies and professionals to play a leading role, fostering more sustainable business models and building transparent relationships.
